Bar Manager Full-time

Spelthorne Sports Club is seeking a reliable, experienced, and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join the club on a full time basis.

Location: Spelthorne Sports Club, Staines Rd W, TW15 1RY

Work Location: In-Person/On-Site

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: Minimum 40 hours a week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day operations of the bar/club.

  • Manage stock control, ordering and inventory.

  • Undertaking beer management, cellar duties and line maintenance.

  • Hire, train and support staff.

  • Prepare and manage staff rotas.

  • Deliver friendly, efficient service to members and guests.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene standards, health and safety regulations, and licensing laws and compliance.

  • Work effectively under pressure during busy periods.

  • Support club events and functions as required.

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.

  • Also some times during the day.
