AGM at Spelthorne Sports Club

Dear Members,

Our Spelthorne Sports Club AGM will be taking place on Thursday 14th May 2026. The meeting will begin at 8pm, so please make sure you allow yourself enough time, so that you don’t miss the entry period.

On entry to the AGM, all members hoping to be in attendance and have the ability to vote on the night, must provide their membership cards. Memberships cards will not be issued on the night, so please make sure you are already in possession of your membership card prior to the date.

No children (u18s) or non-membership card possessing spouses or friends will allowed entry to AGM. The AGM is solely for members of the sports club.
